The romantic journey of Manchester City’s star player, Kevin De Bruyne, and his wife, Michèle, commenced back in 2014. De Bruyne’s tenure with Manchester City, which began in 2015, has been marked by his pivotal role in the club’s triumphs, including two Premier League Player of the Year awards and contributing significantly to five Premier League titles.

Before gracing the field with Manchester City, De Bruyne kick-started his career in Belgium with Genk before making his mark in the Premier League with Chelsea. However, it was during his spell at Wolfsburg in Germany in 2014 that fate introduced him to Michèle.

Following a three-year courtship, Kevin and Michèle exchanged vows in 2017 and have since been blessed with three children – two sons and a daughter. Kevin openly expressed his gratitude for Michèle in a 2019 interview with The Players’ Tribune, acknowledging her profound influence on his life.

Their love story began on Twitter in 2014 when Michèle favorited one of Kevin’s tweets. With a nudge from a mutual friend, they embarked on months of correspondence before officially embarking on their romantic journey.

In a romantic gesture in December 2016, Kevin proposed to Michèle near the iconic Eiffel Tower in Paris, culminating in their nuptials in Sorrento, Italy, on June 26, 2017. Their wedding anniversaries are commemorated with heartfelt tributes on social media platforms.

The couple’s family expanded with the arrival of their first son, Mason Milian, in March 2016, followed by their second son, Rome, in October 2018, and their daughter, Suri, in September 2020.

Michèle stands as a pillar of support for Kevin, often seen cheering him on from the sidelines and celebrating his triumphs, including the club’s five Premier League victories. She actively engages in charitable endeavors, such as visiting children in hospitals and participating in fundraising initiatives.

Their affectionate bond extends beyond the pitch, as evidenced by their appearances together in commercials, showcasing their playful chemistry and unwavering love for one another.
