Arsenal’s £45 million standout player creates online buzz, signaling an imminent departure by January. Significant offers from Saudi clubs have been received, causing Arteta’s displeasure. The player has verbally committed to a four-year deal and is poised to bid farewell to teammates in the upcoming days.

Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey has reportedly engaged in talks with Juventus over a potential move to Serie A. The Ghanaian player, who has faced increased competition in the Arsenal lineup, could depart in January, with interest from Italian giants and Saudi clubs Al-Ettifaq and Al-Ahli. Despite injury setbacks this season, Partey is linked with a move away, and the turn of the year might be the opportune time for Arsenal to cash in, considering he will enter the final 18 months of his contract.

Juventus, led by coach Massimiliano Allegri, aims to convince the 30-year-old to leave the Premier League. However, the competition for Partey’s signature is fierce, especially from Saudi Pro League clubs, potentially offering lucrative deals. Journalist Paul Brown suggests that Partey, realizing his days at Arsenal may be numbered, could be open to a January sale if the right offer emerges.

Dean Jones, a transfer insider, acknowledges the possibility of Partey leaving in January, noting clubs are becoming aware of the situation. Yet, he warns that securing the desired fee might be challenging due to Partey’s recent injuries, making potential suitors cautious. The Ghanaian midfielder underwent surgery for a thigh problem, keeping him on the sidelines for the remainder of 2023. Partey’s limited playing time this season adds to the complexities of any potential transfer.

Meanwhile, Bayern Munich is reportedly interested in Arsenal’s right-back Takehiro Tomiyasu, seeking an agreement in the upcoming transfer window. Despite Arsenal’s insistence that Tomiyasu is not for sale, Bayern appears determined to secure the player, whose contract enters its final 18 months in January. Tomiyasu, who has impressed since his arrival from Bologna, could face increased pressure on his future at Arsenal as Bayern seeks further discussions at the end of the season.
