Manchester United have reportedly made a formal approach to Bayern Munich regarding a possible loan move for their young forward, Mathys Tel. According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Red Devils have directly reached out to the Bundesliga giants to discuss the feasibility of a temporary deal. With the summer transfer window edging closer to its conclusion, United are actively looking to strengthen their attacking options, and Tel has become a key target in their plans.

The French youngster is eager to secure more regular game time, which has been limited at Bayern Munich due to strong competition within the squad. As a result, he is considering a move away from the German club in search of more opportunities to develop and showcase his talent. Manchester United, who have been in need of attacking reinforcements, see Tel as a promising addition to their squad. The club is exploring the conditions under which Bayern would be willing to allow the forward to leave on loan.

While negotiations are still in the early stages, United’s direct contact with Bayern indicates their serious interest in bringing Tel to Old Trafford. It remains to be seen whether an agreement can be reached before the transfer window closes.
